Our Coffee
We work hand-in-hand with our roaster to buy our coffee directly from the farmers - buying our green beans in bulk, then roasting in batches to order.
By collaborating on the E1 Project we help to develop economic, ethical & sustainable farming practices. We pay at least 3 times the current market pricing for Fairtrade Certified coffees - whose members remain exposed to the volatility of the commodity market pricing structure. Instead, we agree our prices based on the quality in the cup - not on the market value of coffee.
DIRECTLY TRADED COFFEE
By trading directly with producers, cutting out middlemen, and building long-term personal relationships with producers, our supply chain continues to help many farmers improve, not only the quality of their crop, but also their income and livelihoods for their families & workers.
Our Food
All our food is made in-house from our purpose-built location trucks. We offer a Full Craft Service which includes AM & PM hot snacks, treats & snacks from the counter + juices & smoothies. There are always extensive allergen-free, veggie & vegan options.

Our Milk
With 95% of our drinks requiring milk, it is essential that we offer high-quality milk while supporting the British Dairy industry and safeguarding future British milk supplies. We have built up a good relationship with our suppliers and are committed to maintaining that relationship, ensuring the price we pay is fair, sustainable & reviewed regularly.
Milk Alternatives
We’re also hugely passionate about our plant-based alternative milk selection, and work with forward-thinking productions to promote the environmental benefits of using products such as Bonsoy & Oatly Barista.
